RULES & REGULATIONS

DRIVE-THRU RULES

The actors, staff, and management of Terror in the Timbers work hard to ensure that everyone who enters has an enjoyable experience. In order for this to happen, we ask visitors to follow our rules.

We reserve the right to deny or revoke admission to any customer that is not following our rules.  If one person in a vehicle is violating the rules, all vehicle occupants will be escorted off the property.  No refunds will be provided if you are escorted off the property.

AS AN EVENT BASED ACTIVITY – ALL SALES ARE FINAL – NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES

DRIVER RULES

  • All vehicle drivers must have a valid driver’s license.
  • Drivers are responsible for maintaining control of the vehicle at all times.
  • Although you will be driving from scene to scene, all vehicles must be placed in park once you arrive at each scene (red light). 
  • The driver will follow all directions from staff.
  • Vehicles will remain at or below 5 MPH while driving through the event.
  • The driver will be responsible for any damage and/or injuries that may occur due to the fault of the driver, staff, performers, or anyone else.

VEHICLE RULES

  • Turn off your headlights.
  • NO PASSENGERS PERMITTED IN TRUCK BEDS OR VEHICLE TRUNKS.
  • NO TRAILERS / NO BUSES / NO RV’S PERMITTED or  LIMOS.
  • NO MOTORCYCLES, BIKEs or SCOOTERS

VEHICLE DIMENSIONS

Your vehicle cannot be any larger than the dimensions listed below. Terror in the Timbers is not responsible for any damage to vehicles.

  • LENGTH: 20 feet
  • HEIGHT: 7.5 feet
  • WIDTH: 7 feet

PASSENGERS

  • FOR BOTH THE STAFF AND CUSTOMER’S SAFETY, ALL VEHICLE OCCUPANTS MUST REMAIN SEATED IN THEIR VEHICLES AT ALL TIMES.
  • Passengers must not interfere with the driver’s operation of the vehicle.
  • Do not throw anything out of the vehicle.
  • Do not open vehicle doors or windows while driving through the attraction.

NO ALCOHOL OR DRUGS

Terror in the Timbers is an alcohol and drug free event. This includes vehicle drivers and their passengers. Alcohol is prohibited throughout the entire property, including the parking lot / entry area. If you are found to be in possession of alcohol (even if you are over 21) or any illegal substances, we will ask you to leave the property.

DISTRACTING ACTIVITY

Any devices that could cause a distraction to other guests and staff are prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, lasers, noise makers, horns, loud music, unnecessary vehicle exhaust noise,  high beams, off-road lights, etc. Leave the entertainment to our team.

SMOKING

Smoking of any kind is not allowed while driving through the attraction, including inside your vehicle. DO NOT THROW ANY CIGARETTE BUTTS OUT OF THE VEHICLE.

PETS

While driving through the attraction, you will experience loud noises, flashing lights, yelling, screaming, and more. For these reasons, we highly recommend that you do not have any pets in your vehicle. Service animals permitted under the Americans with Disabilities Act are always allowed.

CELL PHONES

While you are permitted to keep your cell phone with you while at Terror in the Timbers, we ask that you please keep it on vibrate or silent mode. Keep the flashlight on your phone OFF! The light can ruin other guest’s experience and temporarily blind you and/or our staff.

PHOTOS AND VIDEO RECORDING

We ask that you refrain from recording / photographing / live streaming our drive-thru event. Please keep all lights and flashes off at all times.

  • NO ENTRY WITH FOOD OR BEVERAGE
  • DO NOT ENTER IF YOU ARE EXPERIENCE A FEVER OR OTHER SYMPTOMS OF COVID-19
  • NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN ITEMS
  • NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR INJURY!
